We take pride in the quality of our handloom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact
  • Not washed or altered in any way
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. 1Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. 2Select the order and click "Request Return".
  3. 3Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. 4If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions via email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at ekkaav.work@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
