Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold - check the checkout page for the current offer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can also track your order from the My Orders page.

Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
